If you said 73 I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you got it wrong. If you said 35 you got it right! Here’s why …
Next Wednesday, on October 19th, there will be exactly 35 days until the day before Thanksgiving (November 24th). And after Thanksgiving you’ve got two shots at continued weight loss in 2011; 1). slim and 2). none.
The truth of the matter is 95% of people battling weight will NOT lose weight after Thanksgiving. This isn’t a “throwing in of the towel.” It’s reality. And Leanness Lifestyle is founded deeply in the reality of science-based, effective weight loss. After Thanksgiving we focus on maintaining weight for about eight weeks and then we REALLY get after it again near the end of January.
